The new post office has updated tariffs: now it is much more expensive to send a parcel

From October 1, the Nova Poshta company is updating tariffs for the delivery of documents, parcels and cargo.

This is stated on the company's official website.

On average, prices are increased by 10 hryvnias, depending on the size of the parcel. But some payments were canceled (for example, the fee for the declared value when returning parcels).

During the full-scale war, prices for electricity and fuel increased, and this is a significant part of the cost of services, explains the team of “Novay Poshta”. According to them, tariffs are updated to improve the quality of services and introduce new technologies, – explained on the company's website.

What will be free?

  • Returning the parcel to the seller if the product did not fit.
  • Redirecting the parcel around Ukraine until it arrived at the point of collection.
  • Forwarding around the city, even if the parcel has already arrived at the point of collection.
  • Packaging in company bags (0.5, 1, 2 and 4 kilograms) and envelopes for documents.

How much does it cost to send a parcel now?

  • Documents &ndash ; 65 hryvnias. The price includes a cardboard envelope.
  • Parcels up to 30 kilograms can be packed in a bag free of charge. When sending through the post office, the fixed cost of packaging – 15 hryvnias.

Delivery around the city:

  • Up to two kilograms – 60 hryvnias;
  • Up to 10 kilograms – 90 hryvnias;
  • Up to 30 kilograms – 140 hryvnias.

Delivery across Ukraine:

  • Up to two kilograms – 80 hryvnias;
  • Up to 10 kilograms – 110 hryvnias;
  • Up to 30 kilograms – 160 hryvnias.

Cargo over 30 kg:

  • Between branches in the city – 0.5 hryvnias for each kilogram;
  • Between branches across Ukraine – one hryvnia for each kilogram.
