Smartphone maker without screen warns charging case could explode

Humane is warning its customers of a potential “fire safety risk” associated with their AI Pin charging case. It reports Engadget.

Owners of this accessory received an email from the company, which mentioned a problem with the quality of the power cell used in the Charge Case.

Although the company didn't say whether a fire was caused by the problem, it warned of a potential fire safety hazard associated with some power supplies. It's worth noting that the company's other charging accessories, such as the battery booster and charging stand, are safe because their batteries are supplied by different manufacturers.

Humane does not offer refunds or replacements for the accessory yet, but offers a two-month warranty instead. subscription to your service is free. Customers are advised to stop using the charging case immediately.
