The manufacturer of “maviks” will sue the Pentagon: the company lost important contracts

The Pentagon has put DJI on the list of those who are likely to cooperate with the Chinese military. The Mavic manufacturer did not like this “company”.

DJI lawsuit

Ministry of Defense The US added DJI to the list of companies that can work with the Chinese military. Instead, the manufacturer of “maviks” denies this and emphasizes that it “does not belong to the Chinese military and is not controlled by them,” Reuters reports.

DJI wants to defend its right in court. Otherwise, companies face serious difficulties.

Why DJI is going to court

Inclusion in the Pentagon list is a signal for American companies to conduct business with these businesses. DJI's lawsuit alleges that the company has already lost business deals and is now unable to enter into contracts with federal agencies.

For 16 months, DJI waited for an explanation or dialogue with the Pentagon, but nothing happened. Therefore, the company decided to go to court.
