The man reported where TCC employees hand out summonses: how he was punished

A Volyn man received a year of probation for informing conscripts about the places where summonses were distributed.

This is stated in the verdict of the Shatsk District Court, writes IA «Volynski Novyny».

Having been a member of a thematic group on Viber, from May 11 to August 16 In 2024, Artur T. collected and published information about the location of TCC employees. The group's services were used by individuals who intended to evade mobilization. The number of signatories was 4,183 people.

The man's actions were classified under Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstruction of the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period). He pleaded guilty and entered into a plea agreement with the prosecutor.

The Kovel resident is being charged with a crime for the first time, is of draft age, and has two children to support.

The court sentenced Artur P. to five years in prison. But the sentence was replaced with a year of probation.
