The German Chancellor wrote to Putin on social media X

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, after his visit to Kyiv on December 2, posted a short note on Platform X, addressing it to Vladimir Putin.

“My message from Kyiv to Putin: We are in this for the long haul. Our support for Ukraine will not stop. We will stand by the Ukrainian people – as much as needed” – wrote Scholz in X.
