The Diya app has added a booking cancellation option for employees: how to do it

A new feature has appeared on the Diya portal that allows companies to quickly cancel reservations for military employees.

This service is especially important for companies that have reached the limit of reserved persons, but want to allow other employees to continue to perform critical work.

The feature is available to managers and authorized persons of companies and allows all operations online, without unnecessary paper procedures and delays.

• Log in to the Diya portal using the electronic signature of the legal entity.
• Fill out the form with data about the employees whose bookings need to be canceled.
• Carefully check the filled-in data and confirm the application with your electronic signature.
• The decision to cancel the booking will be received within 24 hours. You will receive a notification by email and in your personal account on the portal.

The cancellation function is available only to managers and authorized persons of companies.

You can only apply for cancellation of a reservation once every 30 days, so it is important to plan your personnel decisions carefully.

If a company loses its critical status, all reservations of its employees are automatically canceled.
