Military terrorist countries used the latest modernized drones in the territory of the Belgorod region. The “Albatross M5” unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), according to the Institute of War Studies, was used for air and artillery strikes.
“Albatross M5” belongs to the category of long-range reconnaissance UAVs. Thanks to its unique design, the drone is capable of long flights of up to 4.5 hours, with a maximum speed of up to 120 km/h and the ability to cover a route of up to 300 km. A feature of the design is the use of composite materials with carbon power elements, which provides the drone with high strength at minimal weight.
The main purpose of the "Albatross M5" — conducting aerial photography and video monitoring of the area, which makes it an important tool for conducting reconnaissance. The wingspan of the drone is 3.3 meters, which contributes to flight stability and increases shooting efficiency.
