The court fined a porn model from Prykarpattia for 68 thousand UAH

The Ivano-Frankivsk City Court found Alina Lindyuk guilty of producing and distributing pornography. The natives of the village of Stopchativ, Kosiv district, were fined 68 thousand UAH.

According to the court verdict, which was handed down on November 20, Alina Lindyuk produced and distributed pornographic videos on Telegram during 2023-2024. To do this, she set up a room in her apartment, and for filming she used sex toys, the necessary decorations, lighting, and her iPhone 13 Pro.

In the court hearing, the woman from the Carpathians admitted her guilt and explained that she made and posted her intimate photos in order to improve her financial situation and did so only for verified users.

The accused asked the court not to punish her severely and assured that this would not happen again. The court also took into account that she is not registered with a narcologist or psychiatrist and has not been previously convicted.

Having examined all the case materials, Judge Ivanna Kovalyuk found Alina Lindyuk guilty of producing and distributing pornography and fined her 68 thousand UAH. The convicted person must pay the state 7.5 thousand UAH for conducting examinations.
