The court extended the preventive measure against Lviv blogger Stakhiv

The Halytskyi District Court of Lviv extended Ostap Stakhiv's preventive measure until February. He is suspected of spreading information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine units.

«Today, December 20, the Halytskyi District Court of Lviv considered a motion to extend the preventive measure for Ostap Stakhiv, suspected of fraud and spreading information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine units. The court extended his preventive measure until February 18, 2025», – the report says.

Stakhiv must appear before the investigating prosecutor within the established period, not leave the Lviv region without the permission of the investigating prosecutor of the court. With the prosecutor's permission, he may leave for Kyiv to participate in court sessions.

The blogger must also notify the investigating prosecutor of the court of a change in his place of residence, and hand over his foreign passport to the relevant authorities.
