The fight for the inheritance of Krzysztof Krawczyk continues. A witness has appeared who sheds new light on the case.
As the portal „Goniec” reminds us, a family dispute over the estate of the deceased artist has been going on since Krzysztof Krawczyk's death. The musician's widow and his only son, who was supposed to be left out of Krawczyk's will, are fighting over the money in court. Recently, however, a witness has appeared who reveals an important detail that could change a lot.
Krzysztof Krawczyk left his son without money
Krzysztof Krawczyk died on April 5, 2021. The artist's passing came as a huge shock to his fans. No one expected the musician to pass away so suddenly, especially since just a few days earlier he had claimed that he was slowly recovering from his hospital stay and illness.
After Krawczyk's death, it was revealed that he had left everything he had in his will to his wife, leaving his only son without money. Krzysztof Krawczyk Junior decided to take the case to court.
Information about two wills appeared in the media. Ewa Krawczyk was supposed to claim that they were identical documents, the provisions of which did not differ from each other. As reported by „Fakt”, the court ordered Ewa Krawczyk to provide both versions of the will so that they could be compared.
Krzysztof Igor Krawczyk doesn't let up
Cases about division of property can drag on for years, as evidenced by the case concerning the inheritance of Krzysztof Krawczyk. Despite his deteriorating health, Igor does not intend to give up the fight. One of the witnesses indicates that he saw the first will, which included Junior.
„There were two wills. I saw the earlier one. The grandmother, the mother of Krzysztof Krawczyk Sr., was pestering me about the will, which included Junior. The idea was for Igor to be protected, because this one grandmother knew that Igor Krzysztof Krawczyk was such a ball and chain and she was the only one who took care of him– said in an interview with „Fakt”, Zbigniew Rabiński, a friend of Krzysztof Jr.
Rybiński added that Krzysztof Krawczyk loved his mother very much and doubts that he would have removed his only son from the will against her will and wishes.
