Last month, we revealed that a new superhero would be introduced in season 5 of The Boys. And while many fans are more than impatient to discover the continuation and end of the adventures of the famous Supers, one of the stars of the Prime Video series spoke out about his nude scenes, explaining that he no longer wanted to appear in this way.
Launched in 2019 on Prime Video, The Boys quickly became one of the most popular series on the streaming platform. Adapted from the comic book series of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, the story takes us to a world where superheroes are part of everyday life. But while they may seem like perfect role models at first glance, we discover that they are actually as corrupt as they are arrogant, and that they are even more dangerous than the criminals they are supposed to fight.
And while season 4 of The Boys was released this summer, fans are therefore eagerly awaiting the fifth season, which will serve as a conclusion to the series. A final season that should thus put an end to the adventures of Butcher, Hughie and the entire gang of Boys.
And speaking of Hughie, it is Jack Quaid, his interpreter, who has recently made people talk about him. The star of The Boys was invited to the Happy Sad Confused podcast during the New York Comic Con, and It was on this occasion that he returned to certain aspects of the series, and more particularly to the rather frequent nudity scenes.

Oh man, I wish the nudity would stop. My butt has had a lot of screen time and it's not great, you know what I mean.
Indeed, his character has not been spared from this kind of scene, especially in season 3 after consuming Temp-V (also known as V24, or Temporary V). Among the powers he received under the effect of Temp-V, Hughie notably had the ability to teleport anywhere. But the catch was that he lost his clothes in the process, thus constantly ending up in his underwear.
Scenes that can be quite embarrassing for the actors, especially when their loved ones are brought to see the series. That's why Quaid prefers that his family does not watch these moments. He notably declared this when he was questioned on this subject:
Anything that has to do with my butt, I said, “Can you not watch? I mean, season 3, don't watch it. Nobody in my family should watch season 3. My butt is all over that thing.”
And continuing on the same theme, check out how the A-Train actor humorously responded to being mistaken for Anthony Mackie's Captain America.
