We are used to thinking that nuggets are unhealthy fast food that should be avoided. However, Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin Hector Jimenez-Bravo decided to prove otherwise.

Nuggets are loved not only by children, but also by adults. So cook them at home and please your relatives.

I prepared for you a simple recipe for the tastiest homemade nuggets. Why the tastiest? Because they need to be cooked in mineral carbonated water, says Hector.

Ingredients:

• Chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
• Eggs – 2 pcs;
• Water carbonated Bon Boisson – 300 ml;
• Flour – 150 g + 100 g;
• Hot black pepper – 1 tsp;
• Salt – 1 tsp;
• Hot black pepper – ½ tsp;
• Corn starch – 30 g;
• Hot red pepper – ½ tsp;
• Frying oil – 0.7 l.

Method preparation:

1. Mix 150 g of flour, salt, black and red pepper, eggs and Bon Boisson mineral water until smooth.

2. Mix 100 g of flour, starch and pepper in a separate vessel.

3. Cut the fillet into small pieces, dip in egg mass, and then in dry flour.

4. Deep fry until golden brown.
