Technical characteristics of the Ukrainian electronic warfare system Plastun revealed

The Ukrainian company «Infozahyst» reported on the update of the mobile radio-technical complex «Plastun» and disclosed information on the number of systems transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Over the past year, the military received 35 such complexes, which are actively used on the front to detect enemy positions, reports Defence Express.

«Plastun» is designed to determine the coordinates of radio signal sources, such as radio stations, drones and other enemy communications. Thanks to the modernization, the complex received improved software, which allows faster data processing and increases the accuracy of target identification.

The system was created taking into account the needs of the Ukrainian military, and its mobility allows the complex to be quickly deployed in front-line areas. The upgrade of «Plastun» is aimed at increasing its effectiveness in the conditions of modern warfare, where electronic intelligence plays a key role.

The company «Infozahyst» continues to work on new developments aimed at supporting the Ukrainian army, and plans to increase the volume of supplies of such systems in the future.
