Therefore, the & Rsquo; he was with a seller who reported that you first needed to send old equipment and pay extra for the exchange. The applicant agreed to this condition and transferred to him the account of 109.5 thousand hryvnias. However, he has not received the desired product yet and no one has taken his inverter.
< P > Currently, police started criminal proceedings under Art. 190 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The establishment of persons involved in the crime is ongoing.

< p >– buy goods only in official missions, enterprises and firms. Always read the reviews about them and use postpay service;
< P >– Do not transfer funds to unknown accounts, especially if asked to make prepayment by parts or by mobile phone numbers;
< P >– Personally conclude agreements with sellers on value goods, indicate in them the delivery time and payment conditions, liability of the parties, etc. that will avoid fraud.
