Technical characteristics of the new Ukrainian ground robot “Logistics Snake” revealed

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have received the domestic unmanned ground complex “Logistics Snake”. The robot, equipped with ballistic and mine protection, is designed to perform logistical and evacuation tasks in combat conditions. Due to its low height, it remains inconspicuous on the terrain, which increases its effectiveness in the combat zone.

«Logistics Snake» capable of transporting several hundred kilograms of cargo or towing a trailer of similar weight. Its tractive effort allows not only to deliver ammunition or provisions, but also to evacuate the wounded and even tow light vehicles. If necessary, the platform can be equipped with additional modules to perform various tasks.

The main advantage of this complex is a silent electric engine, which allows it to operate without excessive noise. Thanks to metal wheels with wide ground lugs, the «Logistical Snake» easily moves over rough terrain, rocky terrain, swamps and even shallow water.

The robot is controlled remotely, which ensures the safety of the operator and allows performing complex tasks without risk to personnel. The introduction of such a complex in the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will increase the efficiency of logistics on the front line and will help reduce losses among the military.
