There is a common belief that mothers-in-law are often megalomaniacs and witches who would never abuse poor unfortunate daughters-in-law if they were the right ones.

Just read all the forums where these poor women whine and complain with tears in their eyes. They are all so saintly and innocent! They shed tears, they are outraged, they swear that they are fine.

And these same poor people sincerely and actively sympathize with them. What an abomination. I am that nasty mother-in-law who torments her poor little lamb of a daughter-in-law. And I am not even ashamed to say that I will do my utmost to ensure that my son and his wife get divorced.

I am sure that I am right. And now I will explain why I think so. My son Andrzej met his future wife Danka about five years ago. But he introduced her to me much later, only after he had proposed to her and was going to marry her.

I didn't like this person from the start. As it turned out later, it was not for nothing that I invited my future daughter-in-law and son to my place. As soon as Daria entered and took off her shoes, her phone rang, which she answered. Instead of offering to call me back later, she spent fifteen minutes talking to Kasia, who I didn't know, while I ran from the kitchen to the hallway and brought hot food from the kitchen.

The young, impudent woman didn't even offer to help me out of politeness. Nothing happened, I managed on my own. When we were sitting at the table, she refused the wine I offered her and drank vodka with my son. The girl quickly got drunk. I didn't ask her any serious questions while we were sitting there. But later, when I started asking Daria about herself and her plans for the future, I really didn't like what she said. She has an incomplete secondary education. She doesn't plan on going to college.

-Why would I do that, when a woman's job is to be a wife and mother?

She doesn't work anywhere. While her parents support her, her husband will get this honor later. Our princess still lives in the dormitory. After the wedding, she plans to move to our apartment. In fact, the girl is pregnant. She's still in the early stages of pregnancy, so they need to quickly establish a relationship before the belly is visible. For some reason, Daria was absolutely convinced that everyone around her owed her something.

I won't let this wedding happen, even if I have to be left all alone in this world. My son is capable of something better…
