-Are you sure he's not with you for the money? – the father asked the girl, dressed in an expensive suit and pouring himself a cognac.

-Of course, dad. Staś and I love each other, and he doesn't know who you are.

-You're so naive, little girl… you want us to test him?

-Dad, I respect my choice, why test it?

-Dad, if you respect him, then you have nothing to worry about. If he passes this test, I'll pay for the wedding and hire Staś into our company.

-What should I do? Call him and tell him you're going to another country for a week. Supposedly you'll take some kind of course. And you and I will be watching him with hidden cameras.

I had to fulfill Dad's conditions. Anya wanted to prove that Stas was really the best and that her dad was wrong about him. The test began the next day. Stas was sitting at a bar when a leggy blonde approached him. The girl was an actress. She started talking to Stas while Anya looked at the cameras.

-You see, daughter.

-It doesn't mean anything, Dad. They're just talking.

-The actress told me that Stas introduced himself as a single guy looking for adventure. I'm going to teach him a lesson.

In the evening, Stas called his girlfriend and started talking about how tired he was from work and how much he missed her.

-If you're bored, go out with your friends and sit down somewhere.

-No, I'm not going anywhere without you – declared Stas proudly. The next day he found himself in a hotel room with the same actress. The girl went into the next room, pretending to take a shower. In the meantime, Stas quickly undressed, but after 10 minutes he got tired of waiting and decided to look into the shower himself. It turned out that it wasn't a shower cubicle at all, but another room, where Anya, her father, and two guards were sitting. Stas immediately pulled the sheet over himself. He was surprised that Anya hadn't left at all.

The guards helped Anya's father make sure that Stas took all of his things from their estate. Anya's heart was breaking, but she was grateful for her father's wisdom and help.
