Stanisław Tym indicated where he wanted to rest. Fulfilling his will may prove impossible

Stanisław Tym indicated where he would like to be laid to rest. Fulfilling his will may prove impossible. For what reason?

Stanisław Tym's death was a huge blow not only to his closest and friends, but also to a huge crowd of fans. As the “Super Express” portal recalls, information about the death of the outstanding actor appeared on the morning of Friday, December 6. The actor passed away in hospital, after a long struggle with illness. He never hid his longing for his home in Zakątki. The diary indicates that this is where the outstanding actor wanted his ashes to rest in his beloved Zakątki. Will it work out?

Stanisław Tym loved this place

For the entire country, Stanisław Tym was an outstanding actor, but for the residents of Zakątki in the Suwałki region, he was “beloved Staś”. It was here that Tym escaped from the hustle and bustle of Warsaw and the glare of the camera flashes. He loved this place and was loved there.

As Stanisław Tym's friends reveal, the actor wanted his ashes to be scattered around the tree in his home after his death. Unfortunately, there are many indications that the actor's last will will not be fulfilled. All because of the legal regulations in force in our country.

According to the provisions of the Act on Cemeteries and Burial of the Deceased of 1959, it is unacceptable to scatter the ashes of the deceased. According to the law, the ashes are to be kept in urns, and these can be placed in earth graves, catacombs or columbaria located in cemeteries.

Here is where Stanisław Tym will probably rest

According to “Super Express”, due to legal obstacles, Stanisław Tym's ashes will probably be buried at Powązki Cemetery in Warsaw, where many other people of merit for culture and the country are buried.

At this moment, no information has appeared about the place and date of Stanisław Tym's burial. As the daily notes, the residents of Zakąty express regret that Polish law does not allow the possibility of scattering the ashes, which would fulfill the actor's desire.

At the same time, the residents of Zakąty assure that regardless of where Stanisław Tym ultimately rests, he will forever remain in their memory as a special neighbor and “beloved Staszek”.
