Released in 2023 in theaters, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is the long-awaited sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, released in 2018 in France under the title Spider-Man: New Generations. Quickly, however, composer Daniel Pemperton reacted on his X page and debunked the rumor: “Would you believe–you that there might sometimes be things on the Internet that aren't always particularly accurate?” A few hours later, it was the turn of screenwriter and producer Chris Miller to react on the social network, denying even more explicitly the information communicated by Jeff Sneider.
