She disseminated information about the places where summonses were issued – a woman will be tried in the Rivne region

Prosecutors of the Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment to the court against a resident of the Rivne district, who is accused of obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period.

According to the investigation, in February of this year, a 30-year-old woman created and administered Viber – a community where she regularly spread information about places of document verification and delivery of military summonses to men by servicemen of the RTCC and SP. Thus, the accused disrupted the process of conducting mobilization measures and forming a military reserve, as well as hindered the lawful activities and undermined the authority of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the SBU Department in the Rivne region.

The sanction of the article provides for a sentence of imprisonment for a term of 5 to 8 years.
