Real Life. “I Almost Lost Myself in My Marriage”: I Woke Up at 5 AM Every Day to Make Breakfast

Have you ever experienced that feeling when you are almost 56 and realize that you have lost your husband and your children have long since moved out?

But if you think about it, the children have their own lives, but your husband has decided to go back to his old flame. He decided to reunite with the woman he left behind. He says he realized that it was her he had missed all these years, and now it was time to make up for lost time. That's how our story began, like many others: marriage, children, worries. But soon I began to dissolve in the family routine.

I would wake up at five in the morning to make food for my husband and the kids, take them to school, and then go to work for half a day. Then I would pick up the kids from school, take them to clubs, and help them with their homework. In the evenings, when I had no energy, I would clean and do laundry, and then go back to bed. Day after day, year after year. As a result, my husband would come home late more and more often, and sometimes he would even say he was spending the night at work or with friends.

He recently returned with a bag and started packing his things.

-I'm leaving you, don't hold a grudge! – he said equally calmly.

-Maybe I can help you pack? – I replied with a sweet smile.

-What? Where are the tears, the scandal? You'll just let me go?

-Why would I stop you? We live like neighbors. You show no respect or support.

But I didn't allow myself to be sad for long. On the contrary, I felt freedom and relief. I finally bought myself clothes that my husband had previously forbidden me to buy. I started going to the hairdresser, painting my nails, and painting my lips and eyelashes with ease.

As soon as I started enjoying my freedom, there was a knock on the door…

-Open up! My key doesn't work! – Of course not, I changed the locks.

-Please open up. I realized I made a mistake. You're the only person I love.

-Wow, what a statement! Maybe you have nowhere else to go? Go before I call the police! You moron! He thought I would wait for him? Naive! I will never forgive betrayal.

Take a look: Huge changes in “Familiada”. We will have to wait a long time for the premiere episodes of the game show
