~ < P > According to the Kremlin leader, calls that come “for criminal purposes” are subject to blocking. In addition, “other necessary measures” will be developed to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Russian citizens from “criminal encroachments, which are carried out with the use of modern information and communication technologies”.
