– Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, dozens of private training centers for UAV pilots have appeared in Ukraine, but there is no unified system for regulating their activities. The government has adopted a resolution that will start the certification of private BpLA schools. Educational institutions will be able to obtain a certificate and officially train operators who, after successfully passing the exams, will be able to take the positions of UAV operators in military units of all components of the Security Forces and the Defense Forces, Fedorov noted.

In order to obtain a license, the institution must:< /p>

– conduct training in the management or manufacture of drones;

– have three or more drones for pilot training and certification;

– have training programs for training pilots on these devices;

– hire three or more certified instructors to conduct training.

The minister also informed that the decree will allow only those institutions to work that provide real practical knowledge that will help at the front.
