Police arrest man who purchased drugs online

For the illegal acquisition and storage of a narcotic substance, a stunt performer may face up to 5 years of imprisonment.

According to this fact, the police started criminal proceedings for ch. 1 Art. 309 (illegal acquisition, storage of psychotropic substances or their analogues without the purpose of sale) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of a fine of up to 5 years of restriction of will.
