If you are looking for something to cook for dinner, we offer you an interesting recipe. Its preparation will not take you much time, but the taste will definitely be appreciated by all family members!

Ukrainian chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo decided to prepare an original and unusual dish. He shared the recipe for meat buns in a pan on Instagram.

This may not be the healthiest dish, but it is definitely very tasty: juicy filling, airy, tender dough and crispy crust, – writes Hector .


• Flour – 250 g;
• Sugar – 5 g;
• Warm water – 140 g;
• Yeast – 7 g;
• Salt – 2 g;
• Oil – 10 g;
• Minced pork – 200 g;
• Green onion – 15 g;
• Salt, pepper;
• Paprika – 3 g;
• Dry garlic;
• Unagi sauce – 10 g;
• Sesame oil – 3 g;
• Water – 30 ml.

Method of preparation:

1. Add sugar and yeast to warm water and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt, oil, flour, knead the dough and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
3. Add spices, oil, water, water and knead.
4. From the dough, roll out “pucks” with a diameter of 5-7 cm, put in the middle 1 tsp. stuffing and glue as in the video.
5. Put the buns on the pan, pour water and cook, periodically turning from side to side to fry evenly. After all, they definitely won't stick to this pan
Cook for 7-10 min.
6. Add sesame at the end.
