MAZDA, SKODA, KIA: the most popular gasoline cars in September 2024

In September, 2,100 new cars with gasoline engines were added to the country's car fleet. This is 20% less than last year.

This is reported in the UkrAvtoprom Telegram channel.

At the same time, the share of gasoline cars in the total sales of new cars also decreased. If in September 2023 they covered 46% of the new car market, now it is 37%.

The market leader of new gasoline cars in the past month, the MAZDA CX5 crossover became available.

To the TOP-5 models new cars with gasoline internal combustion engines got:

1. MAZDA CX5 – 161 units;

2. SKODA Karoq – 135 units;

3. SKODA Octavia – 122 units;

September demand for imported used cars with gasoline engines decreased by 16%, to 7.8 thousand units. However, they covered 46% of the initial sales of used cars, against 44% last year. Their average age was 10.6 years.

2. AUDI Q5 – 373 units;

3. VOLKSWAGEN Tiguan – 349 units;

4. RENAULT Megane – 326 units;
