Marvel: This terrifying antagonist will be in Daredevil: Born Again

It's one of the most anticipated Marvel series: Daredevil: Born Again. We finally found out on what exact date we would be able to witness the return of Matt Murdock aka Daredevil on the small screen but we also discovered that this supervillain considered as the most terrifying of the MCU will also be there.

The presence of this super-villain leaked during the filming of the Marvel series

A few months ago, a video of the filming of the long-awaited series Daredevil: Born Againrevealed and confirmed the presence and return of certain cult characters. The Marvel series planned for Disney+ has announced its return to Mickey's streaming platform for March 4, 2025. If the show so eagerly awaited by fans of the superhero is going to have some big surprises in store for us, during the broadcast of this famous video, the presence of a supervillain seemed to have been revealed. At the time, nothing was official, but now, the studio has just confirmed that Matt Murdock should face him.

It must be said that Marvel has not communicated much around Daredevil: Born Again. But in the video of the filming of the series, we were able to see the presence of an unexpected super-villain. We are not talking about the unknown Bullseye who will be there for the occasion and this, after six years of absence. It is, in addition to the Kingpin, another antagonist of the Marvel universe who will make his very first appearance on the screen.

A super-villain considered the most terrifying in the MCU

His name? Muse! Be careful, it should not be compared to the famous British music group. In the video of the filming of Daredevil: Born Again, we could see a character with a hood on his head tagging a wall. His tag represented Wilson Fisk, aka the Kingpin (or the Caïd). So far, nothing original but we could see the artist's signature: “MUSE” under the drawing.

Here’s the last daredevil thing I recorded . I think it’s supposed to be muse drawing the kingpin graffiti but the actor is a body double from what I can tell. Then they shot a bunch of background characters doing things pic.twitter.com/sRVLBTOT9u

It seems that the panel organized during the New York Comic Con was rich in information because in addition to the officialization of the broadcast date of the series, Marvel, via producer Sana Amanat, confirmed that Muse will indeed be a villain in the future Marvel series intended for Disney +.

As a reminder, Muse is a supervillain from the Marvel universe who was an antagonist of Daredevil in the comics between 2016 and 2018. We do not know his identity at all. On the other hand, we do know that he is a serial killer who tends to make paintings with the blood of his victims …

The series Daredevil: Born Again is scheduled for March 4, 2025 on Disney+ with a season 1 composed of 9 episodes.
