LOL qui rit is released, season 5: Artus, Vincent Dedienne… the casting revealed

One of the most popular shows on the Amazon Prime Video platform,  LOL: who laughs, goes out will soon return for a fifth season that is bound to be highly anticipated, for which we have discovered the official cast.

LOL: the casting is finally revealed

If Prime Video offers many successful series such as The Boys (based on the comics by Garth Ennis), Invincible (adapting the eponymous comics by Robert Kirkman) or The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (very loosely inspired by the Appendices of the work of J.R.R. Tolkien), The Amazon group platform also offers a number of shows.

Among them, we find LOL: who laughs, goes out, presented by Philippe Lacheau, the leader of the Bande à Fifi, to whom we owe among others the hilarious Nicky Larson and the Perfume of Cupid. Inspired by a Japanese show, the principle is simple: a certain number of guests are locked up together for a competition that is violent to the zygomatics, since the goal is to make your competitors laugh without laughing yourself. Because, as the name of the show indicates, who laughs, goes out. The winner wins 150,000 euros for the association of their choice.

For now, the release date of season 5 has not been revealed, and we will probably have to wait for the first trailer.

Thus, fans will have the pleasure of finding some big names in French humor, including Muriel Robin, Vincent Dedienne, Fred Testot, Jérôme Niel or Artus again, whose film A Little Something Extra released in 2024 has become one of the biggest successes in French cinema.

And you, what do you think of the casting of season 5 of LOL: who laughs, leaves and who will be the winner? Don't hesitate to tell us give your opinions and predictions in the comments area. In the meantime, discover this amazing spin-off of the show!
