Let's lose weight until summer together – healthy and lean recipes for every day

One of the most effective and easiest ways to lose weight is to limit yourself in food. A lean diet contains a balanced diet of products that exclude animal fats, but at the same time provides many menu options.

Temporary restrictions in the daily diet have a positive effect on our well-being and health. After all, this is how waste products, excess water, and extra pounds come out of the body.

We offer you a selection of delicious and healthy dishes that are ideal for losing weight or fasting.

1. Rice with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Rice – 2 cups
  • Water – 4 glasses
  • Onions – 2 pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Carrots – 2 pieces
  • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Dill greens, celery
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Preparation:

< p>1. Wash the rice thoroughly, pour boiling water over it, cook for 10 minutes, then discard it in a colander.

2. Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil in a deep frying pan until golden, add boiled, coarsely grated carrots and tomato paste, mix.

3. Add rice, season to taste with herbs, salt and pepper. Serve the dish hot.

Rice with vegetables

2. Hot vinaigrette with potatoes and herring

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 300 g
  • Herring fillet – 75-100 g
  • Vegetable oil – 60g
  • Ground breadcrumbs – 30g
  • Green onion – 60g
  • salt, ground black pepper

< strong>Preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them, cut them into slices.

2. Mix hot potatoes with finely chopped herring, sprinkle with green onions, pour vegetable oil, sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs, pepper, salt and bake in the oven. Serve the vinaigrette hot.

3. Baked vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Beets – 2 pcs
  • Turnips – 2 pcs
  • Carrots – 2 pcs
  • Ready grated horseradish
  • Greens

< p>Preparation:

1. Wash the vegetables and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

2. Clean, cut into strips, mix and season with thinly diluted horseradish.

3. When serving, sprinkle the salad with finely chopped greens.

Baked vegetables

4 . Soup with beans

Ingredients:

  • Beans – 100g
  • Vegetable oil – 30g
  • Onion – 1 pc
  • Spices
  • Potatoes – 1-2
  • Handful of walnuts
  • Greens

Preparation:

1. Soak beans (preferably red) for 3-5 hours, then boil until soft.

2. Fry the onion cut into small cubes in vegetable oil, add your favorite spices and put the roast in the soup.

3. If necessary, add water, bring to a boil. Add 1-2 potatoes, cut into cubes. Cook until potatoes are ready.

4. If there is a handful of chopped walnuts, it will complement the taste range of the soup. When serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped greens.

5. Borscht without meat

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini – 1 pc
  • Carrot – 1 pc
  • Celery stalk – 1 pc
  • Beetroot – 1 pc
  • Cabbage – 300 g
  • Tomato paste – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Clean the vegetables, cut the zucchini into large cubes. Boil the cabbage together with the zucchini.
  2. Grate the beets and carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the celery into rings.
  3. Fry the carrot, beetroot, celery and tomato paste dressing in oil.
  4. Add dressing to cabbage, salt, mix well. Let the dietary borscht boil for another 10 minutes.

Borscht without meat

6. Lean cabbage rolls

Ingredients:

  • Rice – 50 g
  • Savoy cabbage – 200 g
  • Onions – 1 pc
  • Mushrooms – 50 g
  • Walnuts – 50 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Greens
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Boil the rice in salted water.
  2. Wash the cabbage and separate it into leaves. Boil in salted water.
  3. Peel the onion, finely chop. Sauté in oil.
  4. Finely chop the mushrooms, walnut kernels. Add to the pan to the onion, then cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Wash, cut the greens. Mix with rice and mushroom dressing.
  6. Wrap the minced meat in leaves.
  7. Bake thin cabbage rolls in the oven until ready.
