  • Carp – 2 kg.

< p>Marinade:

  • Tomato juice – 0.5 l;
  • Lemon – 1 pc;
  • Salt – 1 tbsp;
  • Pepper – 1-2 tsp;
  • Smoked paprika – 1 tsp;
  • Onion – 2 pcs.

Cooking process:

1. Clean the fish and cut it into steaks.

2. Cut a spine from each piece and cut in half.

3. Cut the onion into half rings.

4. Put the fish in a bowl and add all the ingredients for the marinade, and squeeze the onion hard.

5. Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.

6. Fry until golden.
