The announcement was made in a press release by the Minister of Health, Christian Dubé.

The four-year extension will take effect April 1.

Ms. Labbé has demonstrated great leadership in recent years as CEO of the CIUSSS du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. Several major challenges await us over the coming years, notably with the establishment of Santé Québec, first indicated the minister.
