According to his sources, the basic version will cost $449, and the set with the game — $499. It is assumed that the set will include a new part of Mario Kart.

However, analysts interviewed by IGN believe that the figure will be lower. They predict a cost of $400. Serkan Toto from the consulting company Kantan Games claims that such a price is necessary for the commercial success of the device. According to him, the trailer did not show anything that would justify the higher cost.

For comparison, the original Nintendo Switch with an IPS screen cost $300, and the version with an OLED display cost $350. It is expected that the new generation of the console will have improved hardware and a larger screen size.

Nintendo has only revealed the design of the new console so far. Details about the technical specifications and games should appear at the official presentation, which will take place on April 2.
