iPhone 16 Pro is already “outdated”: the new most powerful smartphone in the world has been announced

The novelty is the world's first smartphone based on the new Dimensity 9400+ processor, which will compete with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and Apple A18.

The Vivo company presented the flagship smartphone Vivo X200 Pro for the Chinese market. And it is currently the most powerful Android device in the world – in the AnTuTu benchmark, the novelty scores more than 3 million points, writes GSMArena.

Vivo X200 Pro became the world's first smartphone based on the new Dimensity 9400 processor, which surpasses all today's SoCs both in terms of performance and energy efficiency. For comparison, the iPhone 16 Pro Max scores 1.95 million in similar AnTuTu tests.

However, high performance – just one of the features of the smartphone. Here's what else it boasts:

In addition, the smartphone has protection against water and dustproof IP68/IP69, equipped with stereo speakers, an NFC chip, an IR emitter and a powerful vibration motor. And the most expensive version of 16 GB + 1 TB has support for satellite communication.

Vivo X200 Pro sales in China have already started. It is available in four configurations, priced from 4,299 to 6,799 yuan ($600 to $950). The device is unlikely to reach Ukraine, but in time it will surely be found on trading platforms such as AliExpress.

Qualcomm should announce the successor to Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 by the end of October. It has already been confirmed that Xiaomi 15 will be the first will receive Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 on the market. The Chinese manufacturer retains exclusive rights to the first launch of devices with a fresh Snapdragon on board.
