A resident was tried in Zhytomyr for obstructing the mobilization. He reported on social networks the places where summonses were handed out by employees of the CCC and the SP.
This is stated in the court verdict published in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
The man used Telegram to publish information about the places where CCCs work. In this way, he helped men evade mobilization.
He also called on men in his messages not to be mobilized into military formations.
It was established that by his actions the man interfered with the lawful activities of the CCK and the SP and created obstacles in the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The informant pleaded guilty, making a plea bargain with the prosecutor, and agreed to a sentence of five years in prison. However, he was released from serving the sentence with a one-year probationary period.
