Independence Square appeared in one of the most popular online games, Fortnite

Maidan Nezalezhnosti/United24

Recently, one of the most popular online games in the world, Fortnite, featured TheDonationMap – a separate island that accurately reproduces Kyiv's Maidan Nezalezhnosti.

The more players will spend time on a special map, the more money will go to the reconstruction of the Prybuza dispensary in the Mykolaiv region. This was reported on the United24 website.

In one of the most popular online games in the world, Fortnite, the Independence Square was recreated in detail for a charitable purpose. The idea was proposed by Paris-based Havas Play, and implemented by Havas Dgtl Kyiv.

Play on Independence Square in Fortnite – rebuild a dispensary in Mykolaiv Oblast in real life. From now on, one of the most popular online games in the world, Fortnite, has #TheDonationMap, where Independence Square is reproduced in detail, Mykhailo Fedorov noted in his Telegram channel.

Fedorov explained that the more time the player spends on the map, the more money will go to the restoration of Ukraine through UNITED24, namely to the reconstruction of the Prybuz dispensary in the Mykolaiv region.

Tell your friends and acquaintances about the game and join the reconstruction, the vice-prime minister urged.

Thanks to the monetization of popular cards in Fortnite, everyone can now become a hero just by being on location. Just join the special Fortnite map (1992-2531-2170).

Fortnite is one of the most popular online games in the world, in which as of 2024 more than 500 million players have registered. Not only developers, but also independent creators can generate new locations or maps here. Each such map is monetized when the player spends a lot of time on it, completing tasks or buying skins.
