On the eve of any holiday, every housewife thinks about what interesting and tasty things to prepare for the table. We offer you an interesting and tasty salad recipe that everyone will definitely like.

This is not a banal Olivier, and not a herring under a fur coat. It is somewhat more original and tastier, – writes Hector.


• Boiled potatoes;
• Pickled cucumber;
• Herring;
• Canned peas;
• Blue onion;
• Parsley and dill;
• Oil;
• Salt, pepper.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil potatoes in uniforms.
2. Clean and cut into cubes.
3. Also cut the onion, herring and pickled cucumber into cubes.
4. Chop the greens.
5. Mix all the ingredients, season with oil, salt and pepper. Mix.
