An incredible dessert with with strawberries

Hector Jimenez-Bravo decided to prepare an incredibly delicate and delicious dessert. You only need a few ingredients to prepare it.

Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared his cooking secrets.

Berries have already appeared on the shelves of stores and markets. And this means that it is time to prepare delicious desserts, – noted Hector.


For the cream:
• Honey – 2 tbsp. l;
• Greek yogurt – 200 g;
• Cream 33% – 200 g;
• Zest of one lemon;
• Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.

Ingredients for dessert:
• Sponge;
• Cream;
• Strawberries for collection;
• Mint – 1 sprig.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour honey, yogurt and cream into the bowl of the food processor. Beat on medium speed until the mass is magnificent.
2. Add lemon zest and vanilla sugar.
3. Cut the finished sponge cake into circles the size of a glass.
4. Put sponge cake, strawberries, and cream on the bottom of the glass. Repeat again.
5. Decorate with strawberries and mint.
