In Zolotonosha, the new moon deceived people, giving himself for the military and raising money on the Armed Forces

This was reported by the spokeswoman of the Main Directorate of the National Police of the Zoya Vovk.

< P > According to her, the young man created several fake pages on the social network Facebook, where he posted the announcement and sent a message asking for financial assistance to the military. To look more convincing, he represented himself as a military serviceman of the Armed Forces, promising to provide reports on the use of funds. However, as soon as people sent the money, the fraudster disappeared leaving them without news.

< p > during a search of the detention of the detained law enforcement officers found and seized a number of evidence of his criminal activity: mobile phones, seven-cards and bank payment cards. Zoya Vovk confirmed that the man had already reported suspicion under Article 190 (1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine concerning fraud. Investigation is currently underway, the purpose of which is to establish the number of deceived people and the total amount of damage caused.

< p > sanctions for this article provide for different types of punishment: from a fine to 50 thousand hryvnias to public works up to two hundred forty hours or correctional work up to two years, as well as probationary supervision of up to three years or restriction of liberty for the same term. The investigation is ongoing, so a comprehensive punishment for a fraudster is possible.
