In Prykarpattia, a service center employee “leaked” restricted access information

The prosecutors reported the service center specialist on suspicion of unauthorized distribution of restricted information stored in an automated system.

This is reported by the Ivano-Frankivsk region prosecutor's office.

“According to the investigation, in May 2023, the suspect, holding a relevant position and having access to the Unified State Register of Vehicles «leaked» information about the vehicle to a third party”, – the message states.

At the request of prosecutors, the perpetrator was given a preventive measure in the form of a personal bond.

Note: in accordance with Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in accordance with the law and established by a court verdict of conviction.
