~ ~ > < p > The accused, who worked as a trucker, had pro-Russian views and actively spread anti-Ukrainian comments in telegrams. The conclusions of the forensic linguistic examination confirmed the unlawful nature of his statements.

< P > In addition to propaganda activity, the man transmitted the enemy information on the location of Ukrainian military in Kharkiv, which could be used for sighting attacks.

< P > Law enforcement officers detained the attacker last May. During the trial, he partially pleaded guilty.

< P > The pre -trial investigation conducted the SBU management in Kharkiv region with operational support of the SBU's military counterintelligence department. The sentence has become valid.
