In Japan, a gaming monitor in the style of 1960s TVs has been created

The Japanese company JAPANNEXT has released the JN-V236G180F-RETRO gaming monitor, designed in the style of 1960s TVs. The device combines retro design with modern technical characteristics and control elements in the form of rotary knobs. This is reported on the website of the Japanese manufacturer.

The novelty is equipped with a 23.6-inch VA matrix with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 180 Hz and a response time of 1 millisecond. The monitor supports AMD FreeSync technology for synchronization with the video card, has a set of special gaming modes and provides 90% coverage of the sRGB color space.

A feature of the device is two rotary controls on the front panel. The first is responsible for turning on the power, adjusting the color and brightness, the second controls the volume of the built-in stereo speakers with a power of 5 W each. On the back panel there are additional control buttons and a set of connectors: DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0 and a 3.5 mm audio jack.

Sales of the JN-V236G180F-RETRO monitor will begin in Japan at the end of this week. The price will be 29,980 yen (approximately 7,600 hryvnias). There is no information about international deliveries yet.
