5. Take care of the quality of sleep

An underrated, but one of the most important factors affecting the ability to concentrate is quality sleep. Research shows that insufficient or poor quality sleep directly impairs our cognitive abilities, memory and attention. Therefore, if you want to be as efficient and focused as possible during the day, you need to take care of your rest.

Try to sleep at least 7-8 hours a day, maintain a regular sleep schedule and avoid using gadgets before going to sleep. It is also worth paying attention to the comfort of your sleeping place – this can be critically important for quality sleep.

Concentration is a skill that can and should be developed. It depends on many factors, both external and internal, but following these five simple tips will help you improve your productivity and achieve better results at work and school.
