How to save battery charge for a long time without recharging: a simple solution

Every smartphone owner sooner or later faced a situation when the battery charge is not enough for the whole day. This is especially relevant for long trips, where there is no possibility to constantly recharge the device.

What to do in such a situation and how to maintain a high level of battery charge for longer? Fortunately, there is an easy way to extend the autonomy of your smartphone without having to constantly search for power outlets.

Why does your smartphone drain quickly

Using various smartphone functions such as mobile games, listening to music, watching videos and constantly working on a Wi-Fi network, we significantly reduce battery life. Therefore, when the battery discharges too quickly, users are forced to either limit the use of the device, or constantly look for access to an outlet for recharging.

How to save battery power

This is where a special mode comes to the rescue — it's called “Airplane Mode” or “Flight Mode”. To activate this function, it is enough to click on the icon with the image of an airplane in the message menu. This action will immediately turn off all the device's wireless technologies: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and mobile network search.

Thanks to this, the load on the battery will be significantly reduced. This will allow the user to use the smartphone much longer without recharging. It is important to remember that functions such as mobile Internet and incoming calls will be temporarily unavailable in Airplane mode.

If such a restriction is undesirable, you can turn off only certain wireless technologies, leaving others active. This will also help to significantly reduce battery consumption.
