For example, the topics of previous years included reflections on history, Ukrainian music or even modern technologies. It is important to understand that the structure of the text is closely related to the topic, so analyze the possible directions in which the dictation will develop this year.

If you start practicing on material that really excites you, such as excerpts from your favorite books or movies, the preparation process will become easier and less stressful. Choose texts that resonate with your interests to stay motivated.

One creative way to train your muscle memory is to write down the lyrics to your favorite songs. In this way, you will train attention and speed, which can help during the dictation itself.

4. Update your knowledge of punctuation
Use your favorite movies to learn the rules of direct and indirect speech. Record dialogues, check them with subtitles and practice different types of speech transmission in written form. This can be not only useful, but also an interesting way to repeat the rules.
5. Learn the author's style
