Hostile propaganda was spread on social networks – another hostile agitator was exposed

Under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk and Kharkiv regional prosecutor's offices, work continues to expose citizens who support and promote the actions of the aggressor state.

Three local residents were under investigation in Donetsk region, who actively justified the actions of the Russian Federation and promoted anti-Ukrainian propaganda on banned social networks.

A resident of Kostyantynivka, using an account in «classmates», distributed posts in support of the actions of the Russian Federation, in particular propaganda theses about «liberation» Ukrainian territories. Another suspect from Slavyanska reposted in VKontakte. materials that glorified fallen Russian soldiers and justified crimes committed by the Soviet Union. Resident Pokrovska systematically published posts calling for the occupation of the region by Russian troops and supporting the ideas of Kremlin propaganda.

A resident of the city was detained in Kharkiv, who was actively spreading pro-Russian narratives in Telegram channels. The woman called Kharkiv a “Russian city”, claimed that Ukrainians should “pray” on the President of the Russian Federation, and assured that the strikes of the Russian troops were allegedly aimed exclusively at “military objects”. She also publicly insulted Ukrainian patriots. Linguistic examination confirmed the illegal nature of her statements.

All four supporters of the aggressor state were notified of suspicion under articles related to encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine and denial of armed aggression by the Russian Federation. Precautionary measures were also imposed on them.
