From real life. “We have to help my sister and we'll relax another time”: My husband repeated

That's why I was used to planning everything from a young age, I don't like messy people and chatterboxes.

My husband is also very responsible and knows everything – that's why I fell in love with him. We decide and do everything together. Even when it comes to raising our son, who is now 9 years old – we have slightly different points of view, but we always find a compromise.

There is one factor of instability in our lives: my husband's older sister. Anka is a person who cannot be described in a few words: a concentration of impudence, irresponsibility and a desire to rely on chance in everything. She is 42 years old, but one can get the impression that my husband is her older brother. Anka is eight years older than my husband, but he constantly gets her out of all kinds of trouble.

Anka got into trouble because of unpaid purchases at the market. If she does not pay today with interest, she will be deprived of access to the market and will not be able to continue trading there. My husband, of course, decided to sacrifice our savings and help my sister once again.

-They have goods worth 30,000 in stock on credit – my husband replied, taking a bite of sausage.

-What do you mean? I was supposed to pay for a hotel for New Year's with that money! – I continued, indignant.

-We have to help my sister, and we'll rest some other time! And we'll spend a wonderful New Year's at home. And we'll leave in February or March. Don't be angry – replied my husband, looking me in the eye.

I jumped out of the kitchen like a scalded child.

-Why does this woman always barge into our lives and ruin everything? Instead of celebrating in Prague, our family will now spend New Year's watching TV, and this fraudster won't even feel guilty! She won't be able to return the money until after the New Year's holidays, at the end of January. If there is any justice in the world, I hope that sooner or later Anka will pay for my tears.
