On November 27, law enforcement officers detained a Bukovina pseudo-journalist for fraud. At the end of June of this year, with the help of a 44-year-old resident of the city A 25-year-old resident of Frankivsk region contacted Vashkivtsi, who positioned himself on social networks as a «journalist», a public figure and defender of men subject to mobilization. The woman believed the information posted by the «public figure» on social networks about the alleged provision of legal assistance.

Then she asked him to take her husband's documents and move her Fiat car, which was left parked near the RTCC. The victim gave the fraudster the necessary documents and the car keys. In addition, the defendant received $2,000 for such assistance. Later, the Bukovina resident did not return the car to the owners, but demanded another $8,000.
