Flightradar24 service restores route of Embraer plane that crashed in Kazakhstan

On December 25, an Azerbaijani plane carrying passengers from Baku to Grozny crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Almost 40 people died.

Azerbaijan said that the plane crashed due to a physical or technical impact from outside. Eyewitnesses to the crash said they heard explosions. Most likely, the ship was shot down by a Russian missile from the air defense system, reports Channel 24 with reference to Flightradar24.

It is known that the plane departed from Baku at 03:55. At 04:25, the plane no longer sent data about its location.

At 06:07, the plane resumed sending data with an update of its position.

The service's analysts noted that the ship was near the place where drones had previously been spotted. This confirms the version that the cause of the plane crash was a hit by a Russian air defense missile over Grozny.

Experts also found no evidence that, Allegedly, the crew tried to land the plane in Makhachkala, as reported by Grozny airport on the day of the accident.

By the way, Putin is currently refusing to comment on Russia s involvement in the downing of the passenger plane. They stated that they are aware of Baku's demands to apologize for the incident, but plan to wait for the investigation to be completed.
