Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has announced that he has decided to go into gaming. Today, the industry is dominated by huge corporations, and that is why he is going to create a new game studio based on artificial intelligence technologies to “make games great again”.
These words of Musk were spoken in response to the words of one of the creators of Dogecoin, Billy Marcus, who said that he did not understand how game developers and journalists ended up “so ideologically obsessed”, especially considering that gamers – real gamers, apparently – “always rejected stupid manipulative nonsense and know how to determine when someone is positioning themselves as an outsider”.
“Too many game studios are owned by large corporations, – said Musk, the owner of X, SpaceX and Tesla, whose personal fortune is about $ 322 billion. – xAI is going to open an AI game studio to make games great again”. The company xAI has, let's recall, at least 100,000 modern Nvidia graphics processors at its disposal.
