Drones with fiber optic communication successfully tested in Ukraine

The testing stage of the line of drones with fiber-optic communication’has been successfully completed, and the process of obtaining the NATO code is already at the final stage.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

«The list of drones of the project «BLACK WIDOW WEB 10» – kamikaze on fiber optics. This drone is capable of covering more than 5 km and carrying about 2 kilograms of payload. The developers of this project received NATO codes not only in this direction, but for a whole range of solutions for using UAVs, & raquo;, & ndash; the General Staff emphasized.

Thanks to the innovation, it was possible to solve an important task & mdash; overcoming enemy& nbsp; electronic warfare means when using drones, said the head of the department, Colonel Vitaliy Dobryansky.

Drones with fiber-optic communication & rsquo; are another step towards further development and improvement of unmanned technologies. But even now, the Ukrainian military will have the opportunity to use drones more effectively on the front line.
